I purchased this leave-in conditioner on Amazon for about $15, because I wanted to incorporate a liquid leave-in in my haircare routine - not that it was necessary... and I was so impressed with the Aussie Moist 3 Minute Miracle deep conditioner that at one point, I was considering using the whole Moist line. The Moist line doesn't have a liquid leave-in conditioner, so I purchased this one.
When I first started using it, the smell did not disappoint! It smells just like the deep conditioner. It’s very watery, just like I expected it to be. It sprays in mist, not in stream (straight line). The only issue I have with it is that I can’t use it on its own (at least on my hair). It doesn’t soften, nor does it detangle my hair. And it makes my hair hard. But when I use it with the Mane n Tail Detangler, it softens, smooths and detangles my hair. I’ve been using it like that for a few months now and it’s working fine. It’s also good that I’m not experiencing any breakage with it.
I’m not sure if I’ll repurchase it because it’s not a popular product – it’s not one you can just walk into a store to pick up. And also, the fact that I get the results I want only when used in conjunction with another product makes me reluctant to purchase again. I’d repurchase it solely based on the smell! Yep, it smells that good!
In the meantime, I’ve been experimenting with another leave-in conditioner which has been giving me the softest hair ever. Hopefully, I get to do a review soon. Happy hair journey!
